Return Policy

Loupot’s Bookstores refund policy is as follows:

Textbook Refund Policy

1. Bring your valid register receipt
   
2. Keep the price stickers
   
3. Keep books in the same condition as purchased. Keep the plastic wrap on, do not write in the books, etc.
   
4. If purchased with a credit card---no cash back, only credit to your card
   
5. We will gladly exchange any defective merchandise
   

Merchandise Return and Refund Policy

Gifts and apparel may be exchanged or returned up to 30 days after purchase date. Please send and e-mail to info@loupots.com requesting that you would like to make a return and you will receive further instructions. Defective or broken merchandise will have no additional shipping charges.
